Winner of Creativepool Spatial Design Award 2024! Designed by OC Studio, our little barn is surrounded by stunning countryside yet situated in the heart of the charming village of Duns Tew with historic pub, The White Horse (their food is amazing!) being just a minute's walk away. Plus it's just 8 minutes to Soho Farmhouse gate too. The Barn is close to popular Cotswolds spots like Blenheim Palace, Chipping Norton, Bicester Village, Silverstone & a perfect post-festival decompression bolt-hole.

Cottage in a lovely North Oxfordshire village

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cottage. Nestled between the hustle and bustle of Oxford and the beauty and calm of The Cotswolds, the Cottage provides a newly refurbished home from home to stop, relax and explore the surrounding area: Blenheim Palace and Woodstock (7.5 miles), Soho Farmhouse (8 miles), Bicester Village (8.5 miles) and Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm (12 miles). The Cottage sleeps up to 2 with a king sized bed (and additional sofa bed in the downstairs living room).

But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

Fabulous garden studio

This unique place has a style all its own. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), at the foot of the Cotswolds, the Garden Studio is a tranquil rural haven for anyone wanting to get away from it all. Situated just 10 miles northwest from historic Oxford, and just a 20 minute walk from Blenheim Palace and a 10 minute drive to the pretty market town of Woodstock, this is the ideal place to stay and explore the Cotswolds and surrounding countryside. The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

The Rabbit Hutch

Self contained studio annex in a quiet Oxfordshire village pub. Sits within easy reach of Banbury,silverstone,and the Coltswolds. Just off the M40. The Rabbit hutch sleeps upto 2 adults. Features: four poster bed in a stylish living space with kitchenette/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), and bathroom with bath and over bath shower. (Access is not suitable for people with mobility issues). The pub offers a unique dining experience with peaceful outdoor spaces and country walks.

Cotswold cottage in Kingham

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. The Kingham Plough and The Wild Rabbit, are a short walk away. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Bamford club a longer walk/short drive.

NB-there is a tech fault on Airbnb atm, the barn is only a 7 minute drive to SFH. The barn is a luxury 2 bed conversion which has been renovated by an interior designer, so it has the feel of the Farmhouse, without the pricetag. It has a small private garden situated in a stunning private courtyard setting. It’s a gateway to the Cotswolds in luxury accommodation, close to Blenheim, Daylesford, Diddly Squat & Silverstone. The Barn, Glenrise

A recently built one bedroom detached bungalow with all normal amenities, including large lounge/kitchen with door leading to a small patio and garden. The large living area contains a double sofa bed which means the Barn can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The Barn is located down a private lane close to the beautiful Cotswolds, the famous Soho Farm, Diddly Squat farm, Blenheim palace and Bicester Village. The property is surrounded by trees, the bird song is wonderful.

A combined living/sleeping area with doors onto a private terrace and a separate full kitchen and separate shower room (with loo) divided from the living area by sliding doors.
