Take your first glimpse of the rolling fields surrounding our traditional Cotswold stone farmstead, as you travel along our private, tree lined drive. In an AONB, the farmstead sits on the edge of the Golden Valley. Dating back to the 1700s, Little Finch's Cottage is nestled within the original Farmhouse, where you can still find exposed beams and sunny window seats. Step through Little Finch's front door into the lounge/breakfast room which is linked to the bedroom by a steep spiral staircase.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

The Stables

Our beautiful new house is located in the heart of a Cotswold market town, Cirencester. The house is in a secluded private courtyard with its own private parking. The Stables - Accommodates 6 people with two double bedrooms and one room with two singles. The house was built by us in 2017 so everything inside is brand new so would serve as a great base point to explore the surrounding areas. Also check out the coach house and cottage within the courtyard.
