Great place for either two couples or a family escape, sleeps four. Take some time to kick back & relax on the lounge deck chairs while you enjoy a coffee or glass of wine while taking in the panoramic view. Also available on site in a separate cottage, romantic unique couples escape with 4 post bed, spa and amazing views.

New appliances throughout. 10 mins walk to Farmers market, 5 mins drive to Clevedon village, Hunua and mountain bike tracks. 15 mins drive Duder reserve, Kauri Bay Boomrock. 20 mins to Maraetai beach and Beachlands for the ferry to the City. max people 8 (6 staying, 2 visitors) Friendly cats will visit, if you have allergies this won't be for you. Cottage in the Countryside

This self-contained cottage is located on our 1.5 acre property, 10 min from Hunua Falls in south Auckland. It offers a separate bedroom, bathroom, and living room plus basic kitchen. Built in 2016, it is fully insulated & double glazed. Enjoy the rural outlook from the deck. The cottage is situated 20m from our home, but private. We ask that you are respectful of our neighbour; no parties/loud music. You will need your own transport, parking is available. Not suitable for children.

Clevedon offers walks, bike rides, Farmer's market on Sundays, local beaches, vineyards. Host well versed on what is happening around the region including polo, restaurants and activities.
