Situé dans l’ancien four à pain du moulin, ce studio, gîte de charme, est parfait pour un séjour reposant au bord de la rivière. La propriété dispose d’un grand parc boisé de 8000m2 bordé par la rivière. Il se trouve entre la ville de Saintes (5 min) et la ville de Cognac (18 min) et à proximité de l’océan ( 40 min de Royan et 1h10 de l’île d’Oléron). Le gîte dispose d’une petite cuisine avec le nécessaire. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis.
