Etagengrösse a je 16 m2.  Hunde sind herzlich willkommen, bitte vorab melden. Kein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Zufahrt möglich (ohne Parkier Möglichkeit - nur Zwischenstopp zum Gepäck ausladen). Details dazu siehe "Zugang für Gäste". Nur geeignet für Personen welche gut zu Fuß sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt im Dorf .

Sul terrazzo riservato a questo appartamento, trovate un tavolo per prima colazione, sedie con comodi cuscini, sdraio, ombrellone e vista lago a 180°. Il giardino ha un prato e barbecue riservati, dove c'è posto anche per le vostre attrezzature sportive. Il parcheggio è gratuito come anche la TV satellitare e l'utilizzo del WIFI. IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Immersa nello scenario mozzafiato del Lago di Como, Villa Nina è una casa storica del '700 che unisce il fascino del passato con comfort moderni. La sua posizione privilegiata offre scorci panoramici su lago e montagne che incorniciano ogni risveglio. La terrazza è ideale per momenti conviviali o sereni.
