Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. Incantevole villino situato a circa 2 km da Villa Gregoriana e dal centro storico di Tivoli, domina sia la rigogliosa Valle dell'Aniene, che lo splendido panorama su Roma, mentre subito ai suoi piedi si innalza il Santuario della Madonna di Quintiliolo, da cui il villino prende il nome. Sul retro della casa, ad una certa distanza, passano i binari del treno che collega Tivoli a Roma durante l'orario lavorativo dalle 7 AM alle 10 PM: anche questo è un particolare molto suggestivo!
