Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

A breve distanza dall'agriturismo, raggiungibile con una passeggiata trekking, Montecatini Alto, paese medievale dall'antico fascino. A circa 10 minuti di auto le terme di Montecatini e Monsummano. La posizione è inoltre strategica per visitare le principali città toscane: Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena.

In Montespertoli, among the rolling hills of Chianti, there is Podere Paglieri, a small family-run farm where wine and oil have been produced for generations. We are located halfway between Florence and Siena, in a perfect position to discover San Giminiano, Volterra, Siena, Lucca, and the Tyrrhenian coast, which are just a few kilometers away. The farm is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods where you can walk freely, has a large and well-kept garden and a beautiful shaded terrace.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

ANTICO CASALE TIPICO TOSCANO del 1600

Caratteristico casale rustico toscano del 1600, situato sulle splendide colline lucchesi a 400mt sul livello del mare, dove si gode di una vista mozzafiato che spazia dal mare della Versilia alla piana di Lucca. Luogo molto romantico ed elegante dove si possono degustare prodotti tipici locali come olio, funghi, vino w altro. Il Casale conserva la struttura originaria in pietra con soffitti a travi e mezzane e pavimenti in cotto. Aperitivo con prodotti tipici disponibile su prenotazione.

The Arches - a beautifully renovated apartment

'The Arches' is a beautiful, traditional Garfagnana home. The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Recently restored, the house has many original features, including wooden beams, terracotta tiles and its two distinctive arches. Quality features complement this history in the form of two modern bathrooms, central heating and a contemporary kitchen.

Pretty detached residence forming part of a larger cottage surrounded by a fenced green space. The accommodation is located a few minutes from Collodi (the Village of Pinocchio), on the border between the hills of Lucca and Montecatini Terme. Lucca is only 13 km away. Excellent support also for visiting Florence, Vinci,Pisa, Viareggio and Forte Dei Marmi.
