Podere Piazza ist ein Landgut, hat seinen Ursprung im 15. Jahrhundert, das Ferienhaus wurde Anfang 17. Jahrhundert erbaut. Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena. Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.

Passing along the street you can see the secular magnolia protruding beyond the walls: from this garden Alessandro Manzoni admired the Tuscan countryside during his visits to his daughter Vittoria, married in Siena and residing in Villa Bonelli. The La Magnolia apartment is suitable for up to four people.

The house is situated in the beautiful and tranquil Tuscan countryside just a few minutes drive from Siena city centre. The two available units to rent are TIGLIO (ground floor) and MAGNOLIA (first floor). The apartments are completely indipendent with private entrance, living and parking.
