Brione sopra Minusio liegt ca. 250m über dem See zwischen Tenero und Locarno. Der private Parkplatz und die Bushaltestelle befinden sich vor dem Haus

La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Schatten spendet die Traubenpergola. Das Haus ist im rustikalen Stil erneuert worden. Es hat einen Kellerraum mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Im Wohnraum befinden sich der TV, W-Lan und Telefon. Im OG/DG sind 3 Zimmer mit Betten und das Bad untergebracht.
