Our beautiful French style apartment is on the second story or our home. It has two bedrooms - if you need to use both please book for 3 people as there is an extra charge. Thank you. It is a sunny, spacious and comfortable apartment.. Access is private and you have sole use. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke, or a comfortable stopover on your way north or south. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. The Vineyards are 30 minutes drive away, Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive and Port Stephens 1 hour.

The studio is apart of a larger townhouse, but has a seperate entrance and is completely private.
