Our condo is located in Copper Mountain's East Village. It is 650 sq ft & can sleep a max of 6. There are 1 Queen/1 full/1 fold out twin/1 queen pull out sofa beds. It is a 5 min walk to Super Bee Chairlift & next to the 8th tee of the Golf Course. There is a shared indoor sauna & outdoor hot tub, deck, gas grill & patio table (table summer only) where guests can enjoy views of the ski slopes & Mountains. This is one half of a duplex that was recently renovated. It has 2 levels with the main living area, kitchen, dining and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is another living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a washer and dryer). Our kitchen is fully equipped so that you could cook meals. The living areas have large TVs (no cable TV) and board games. We have 3 desks available if you need to work or study. There is a gas BBQ and a private hot tub in the back yard.

This 3BR 2 1/2BA has an open layout facilitating group/family interaction. From living area, glass doors open to deck with hot tub. From deck and living area, mountain views prevail in the winter and towering aspens provide shade in summer. A master suite is located steps above the living area and two bedrooms are located just below entry level. The back deck supporting the hot tub is on the main level directly outside the main living area.

Quiet and Sunny Condo in the Mountains

This cozy, sun-filled one bedroom loft has a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom w/ a shower/tub combo, Roku TV ,and WiFi. There is plenty of parking and laundry across the parking lot, and a BRAND NEW hot tub in the building. The space is about 450 sq. feet but feels much bigger with the tall ceilings. STR20-00062
