Originally a blanket factory, and subsequently the village school, it has undergone sympathetic restoration to create a unique living space, with a four poster bed, living area and breakfast bar.

The annex also has its own self contained kitchen, with tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a minibar.

One of two apartments in the heart of Box, a popular village only 15 mins bus or drive from Bath. In a previous life, the building was a skittle alley for The Lamb Inn but that rang time in the 1960s and is now our home. The units are a mix of country and modern, with oak beams and doors and atmospheric lighting. A stylish, light and comfy space with a homely feel, attention to detail and a little touch of luxury. This self-contained garden studio apartment has a separate entrance, private courtyard garden with its own outdoor Bath. Located in Corsham just a short walk away from the historic high street. The garden studio provides guests with a superking bed, kitchenette, luxury shower room with twin basins and a working cast iron bath in the courtyard garden.

It is self contained annexe. Downstairs has a living area with it's own kitchen, shower and toilet. With a double bed upstairs. It has parking for 2 cars. Accessible outside seating area for 2 people. A five minute walk to the nearest bus stop with a direct line to Bath. 7 minute walk to train station that will take you to Bath, Swindon and London. Lacock, Corsham, Stonehenge, Castle Coombe and Bradford-on-Avon are nearby.

The property is on a quiet country lane in Ditteridge but only a ten minute walk from the village of Box, close to the market town of Corsham, the National Trust village of Lacock and just 6 miles from Bath.
