Hobleys Cottage is positioned on the edge of the historic village of Stanton which is widely regarded as one of the most picturesque in the Cotswolds. The cottage is a 2.5 mile drive from Bourton-on-the-Water and a short walk across the fields to the cafe in Notgrove.

The barn was once used as the dye house for the working cloth mill in the 1800's, however during the war the dye house was repurposed as a cowshed and now recently converted into a home.
