Detached house close to Paris/train and Disneyland

Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

15mn à pied du stade nautique de Vaires. Soirées festives et réceptions non autorisées. Chambre, petit salon avec canapé-lit attenant et en souplex avec accès direct par le jardin. En centre-ville, 7 mn à pied des commerces et de la gare qui vous amène à Paris en 18 mn. Accès à Disney 25mn en voiture ou par le Rer A en 45mn. Direct view Eiffel Tower for 2/4 !

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Warm, very bright 135m2 big apartment with terrace and breathtaking panoramic view over Paris on the 26 floors of a prestigious residence on the banks of the Seine, 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees and at the gateway to the La Defense business district.
