L'appartamento è accogliente e molto luminoso. Completamente rinnovato nel 2019. Il centro storico, a 4 km, può essere facilmente raggiunto in 15 minuti con l’autobus; la fermata è sotto casa. L'accesso ed il "check-in" sono svolti autonomamente dall’ospite senza limitazioni d'orario (a partire dalle ore 15,00 del giorno d'arrivo) L’appartamento, situato al quarto piano con ascensore è composto da: cucina, camera con letto matrimoniale, camera con due letti singoli, soggiorno e bagno.

Monolocale luminoso tranquillo e confortevole, con posto auto esclusivo e coperto al piano interrato del palazzo, veramente comodo in una città con pochi parcheggi e tutti a pagamento! Ben collegato con il centro, in quindici minuti, dai mezzi pubblici (fermata bus sotto casa) e a cinque minuti dal casello autostradale A1 di Firenze Sud.
