This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you. ---

A Firenze in zona Salviatino, immerso nel verde, l'intero appartamento si affaccia su un ettaro di terreno con vigna e oliveta, questo garantisce una grande pace e assenza di rumori. Il centro della citta' e' raggiungibile con il Bus in circa 15'. The apartment is located in Florence inside a beautifully restructured old tuscan style farmhouse surrounded by an acre of land full of olive trees and grapevine at the edge of the hills of Fiesole. Historic downtown can be reached in 15' by Bus.

La casa di Fiorenza

La casa di Fiorenza, luminosa ed accogliente, completamente rinnovata e curata in ogni singolo dettaglio, situata al 4° piano con ascensore e terrazzo, può ospitare comodamente 7 persone . L'appartamento è ideale per coppie, famiglie e amici che vogliono conoscere Firenze ma non amano il caos. Situata nel tranquillo e residenziale quartiere di Campo di Marte è perfettamente collegato con il centro storico raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata in soli 20' oppure con mezzi pubblici.

Appartamento ampio e luminoso

L'appartamento è accogliente e molto luminoso. Completamente rinnovato nel 2019. Il centro storico, a 4 km, può essere facilmente raggiunto in 15 minuti con l’autobus; la fermata è sotto casa. L'accesso ed il "check-in" sono svolti autonomamente dall’ospite senza limitazioni d'orario (a partire dalle ore 15,00 del giorno d'arrivo) L’appartamento, situato al quarto piano con ascensore è composto da: cucina, camera con letto matrimoniale, camera con due letti singoli, soggiorno e bagno.

Florentine Experience - Chiara e Simone

Appartamento finemente ristrutturato ubicato al primo piano di una palazzina dei primi del ‘900 in tranquilla strada di uno dei più antichi ed eleganti quartieri di Firenze. Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in 20/25 minuti, oppure in Bus con fermata a poca distanza da casa. Camminando lungo il suggestivo lungarno, Porta San Niccolò, il Ponte Vecchio, la Galleria degli Uffizi e la Basilica di Santa Croce sono comodamente raggiungibili, così come le altre meraviglie di Firenze.

Overlooking the Tuscan hills, in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to the historic center. Well connected by public transports and 20 minutes walk from the main monuments. Outside the caos of the historic center, you will be into the authentic Florentine life. Downstairs you will find an excellent and elegant pastry shop, groceries, typical trattorias and a big supermarket.

Monolocale luminoso tranquillo e confortevole, con posto auto esclusivo e coperto al piano interrato del palazzo, veramente comodo in una città con pochi parcheggi e tutti a pagamento! Zona verde vicino ai giardini del Lungarno e alla pista ciclabile. Aria condizionata, Wifi. Ben collegato con il centro, in quindici minuti, dai mezzi pubblici (fermata bus sotto casa) e a cinque minuti dal casello autostradale A1 di Firenze Sud. Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

Poggiolieto Studio - on hills 10' from city center

Poggiolieto is on the hills just 10 minutes far by car from the Historical center of Florence. The property is a tipical Tuscan country house surrounded by olive trees. The Studio is a two levels open space apartment; swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. The house is in a strategic location to be close enough for visiting Firenze's artistic city centre, but be in the peace of the countryside at home with garden and swimming pool.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
