The house has stairs including a tight, narrow spiral staircase to the basement. It has an open-floor plan upstairs with a king bed & a full bathroom. There are bunks beds in the basement along with only one TV. This home is ideal for people looking to unplug & unwind. It also has a wrap around deck with a BBQ & parking for a truck & trailer onsite.

We are located just off Highway 160, where you are a short 18 mile drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. Self-serve breakfast with home-made yogurt, home-made granola, home-made bread for toast, local grown organic eggs, (hot coffee, chocolate, tea) on request.

There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow or trailer!

Beautiful working ranch in south central Colorado with gorgeous mountain and ranch views. This is an old farmhouse that has been renovated several times over the years so there are some quirks. The middle bedroom has no access to a bathroom unless they are walking through one of the other bedrooms. You can choose the wood burning fireplace or furnace to heat your space. Excellent fiber optic WiFi.
