Two bedroom, two bath New England Cape Cod home. Centrally located to afford all that West Hollywood has to offer. Just blocks from the glamor of Santa Monica Blvd. and the Sunset Strip, and steps from Beverly Hills. Note: City of West Hollywood regulations require that homeowners live on the property while renting a property. We live in a unit in the back of the property. There is a private entrance to the unit, and there is no shared living space between the unit and the house.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.centrally located in the center of Beverly Hills 7 min walk to rodeo drive Guess house with own access I live in the main house so always available I have 4 standard poodles . You can use the yard to tan if you wish or eat outside just open the gate and close when finish . No smoking allowed no party . If you have any questions or don’t undertand how something functions don’t hesitate to ask I am always around .

This beautiful, 2-story, high-end, Spanish style guest house includes high-vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a spacious second story loft with an open studio-style flow. The open-plan suite is roomy and airy, with plenty of natural light and room for 2-6 guests. Heads up!
