Jocelyn Street Beach House

With beautiful views North along Dalmeny beach and South-East out to Montague Island, this renovated home is the perfect place to bring the family or friends to get away from the busy work schedules and relax. A short walk or ride along the Dalmeny/Narooma bike-path (which passes along the back fence) brings you to the shops and beaches. A perfect base for riding the Narooma MTB trails, space for the boat for keen fishers and featuring a native garden to immerse yourself in and watch the birds.

Tiny Lemon Farm, moments from town

Its Lemon Season! Nestled between secluded beaches (5min walk) and a private valley, Tiny Lemon Farm is an escape where cockatoos flock, kangaroos hop and the sound of waves fill the night air. Trade our lemons for scoops at the gelati clinic. Walk to Jaggers (private beach) and hear whale song. Do cocktails by the fire (inside or out). Or just kick back to the sound of birds and waves. Only 5mins from town, our modern, barn style house is a sanctuary of peace and calm for up to 6 guests.

Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.

Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. We don't except bookings for SCHOOLIES or Parties.

There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit.
