Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Sitting below Bishop Hill in the picturesque village of Kinnesswood (2023 joint winner of Britain in Bloom's 'Village' category!), the tiny house is surrounded by breathtaking views, fantastic walks, and an abundance of local farm shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Pitmeadow Farm is situated in quiet countryside with lovely views. We are a small family run farm with pigs, ponies, sheep & chickens. The Steading forms part of our farm courtyard along with the farmhouse and our other holiday property (The Studio). Dunning (1 mile away) is a charming village with an excellent pub, local shop, golf course, tennis courts and a wide variety of walks. Ideal for exploring Scotland, visiting local attractions or just relaxing and recharging.

Ashtrees Cottage is in a beautiful rural location and has Loch Leven Nature Reserve on its door step. The Balgedie Toll Tavern & Levens Larder both less than 10 minutes walk from the Cottage. Its a great place to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles, Stirling and Glasgow all within 60 minute drive. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.

Shiel House, Rumbling Bridge

Set in 3 acres of gardens and with beautiful views of the valley, Shiel House is the perfect retreat. This bespoke house was built by our family to provide an escape from the city and it has been furnished to provide a comfortable home from home. It would suit solo adventurers, couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Only an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and St Andrews, it is also the ideal base for golfers, walkers and visitors to Scotland.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
