L'appartamento si trova vicino alla fermata della metro verde Porta Genova e alla Nuova Darsena, ad un passo da via Tortona e via Savona, sede di grandi eventi come il Salone del Mobile e la Settimana della Moda. Non vedo l'ora di ospitarvi!

Il pavimento non è trattato e le vernici sono tutte atossiche. Le stanze sono due, la prima con cucina, tavolo e due letti singoli. La seconda ha un letto matrimoniale e una scrivania.
