Linnet Cottage is one of 3 cottages at Tichbornes Farm set in the beautiful countryside of the Pewsey Vale in the village of Etchilhampton. Fully equipped with a new king size bed in the master bedroom, this spacious, modern four star holiday cottage with Wi-Fi is the perfect place to relax, unwind and have fun! The 4th bed is a single folding bed or a travel cot, available for a small extra charge. Please let us know if these are required when making your booking. Cleaning charges included.

Park Cottage is a 3 double bedroom cottage with a charming open plan kitchen & sitting room in a quiet, town-centre location 3 minutes from great bars & restaurants. There isn't a garden but there is a small, quiet park next to the cottage. The master bedroom (king) & ensuite, family bathroom with separate shower & bath. 2nd bedroom (king). 3rd room (king). There is a double sofa bed in the sitting-room - so it can sleep up to 7. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven etc but no washing machine.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

𝗜𝗳 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀, 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟯 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds. In bedroom 2, there is also a single bed. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a bath and a HAND-shower. Hawthorn Lodge is close to some of the most beautiful walks in Wiltshire, with access direct from the door, as it is situated at the foot of historic Roundway Hill. The lodge has recently been fitted out, and all fittings are new, and of a high quality. Perfect for pets, as the lodge is set in it's own secure garden. New large hot tub, which is accessed direct from the bedroom, and is emptied, cleaned, refilled and heated before arrival of every guest. Very quiet private rural setting.

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

‘Summerdale’ Well appointed private Annexe with own outdoor Courtyard. Summerdale is self-contained and well equipped with a double bed, own private entrance and driveway parking. It features an ensuite shower room, lounge area with Sky TV, kitchenette and private courtyard. Pigsty Cottage is a very spacious apartment within the grounds of a listed Georgian farmhouse, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and secure parking. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Amesbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly.
