Hello there ! Happy to share with you our little cocoon! :) We used to live there with our baby during 5 years! We had such a pleasure to be 15 min from the City Center of Brussels ! Our cocoon it’s a 100 m2 space with 2 terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, hall, toilet and living/dining room. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Bienvenue dans ce magnifique appartement baigné par la lumière naturelle. Situé dans un quartier très calme. Vous bénéficierez d'un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités depuis ce logement central, comme le centre-ville de Bruxelles et d'Ixelles. Également très proche des institutions européennes, OTAN, et Aéroport, des universités ULB et VUB, du Bois de la Cambre et des quartiers animés (Université, Porte de Namur, Places Jourdan/Flagey/ Luxembourg). Vous séjournerez dans un studio moderne et tout confort situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un petit immeuble typiquement bruxellois, dans une belle avenue arborée. Plusieurs commerces (supermarchés, boulangeries,...) se trouvent à proximité immédiate du logement. Le centre ville est facilement accessible depuis le studio (15 minutes en transports et 10 minutes en voiture). Les transports en communs sont proches de l'appartement et il est possible de garer votre véhicule gratuitement près du studio.

L’appartement est situé dans une rue très animée avec des restaurant et un bar au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble. L'appartement étant située au 3ème étage et donc 2 étages au-dessus du bar, légère nuisances sonore possible surtout le week-end.
