The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. This is a small, but lovely studio on the ground floor. It has a garden terrace and is perfect for couples.

Home is situated in stone house near the Vrbnik old Town. The house is newly renovated in modern stile. Large terase with the beautiful sea view will win you immediately. Home has a separate entrance.
