Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Experience the epitome of luxury in this spacious villa for 10 persons. The ground floor of the house has a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a dining room and access to the terrace and sundeck by the pool. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms with double beds and four bathrooms. Three bedrooms have access to a shared terrace with a beautiful view of the olive groves, mountains and the sea in the distance.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
