We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cart shed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

North Lodge - Elie

North Lodge is a beautiful traditional lodge which has been fully renovated to create a cosy and comfortable one bedroom cottage. Set on the edge of mature woodland, alive with birdsong and with glimpses of Kilconquhar Loch, this is the perfect place to relax. Unwind in front the of the log burning stove and indulge yourself in the king size four poster bed, whilst enjoying proximity to the villages of Elie and Kilconquhar and all they and the East Neuk and St Andrews have to offer.

The cottage is contemporary and bright, having been lovingly renovated. The downstairs has an open plan living area and kitchen. A double bedroom upstairs and a cozy twin loft room (ACCESSED VIA STAIR OFF THE MAIN BEDROOM) -Loved by kids. There is a modern shower room. Guests have access to a shared walled garden.
