We are just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from downtown Duluth, which has a great brewery and bar scene, some amazing restaurants to choose from, and some cute boutiques to browse. About the space Free parking for one car, private room, private entrance, newly renovated shower, and desk setup for remote work. Location We’re only 9 minutes away from the Gas South arena, 45 minutes drive from downtown Atlanta and about an hour from the ATL airport.
