Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

You can go on a steam train ride from Boscarne Junction and the renowned Camel Valley vineyard is with walking distance.

Only a short drive to some of Cornwalls best beaches and attractions, memories are waiting to be made in this bright and contemporary space. Linden Lea boasts a spacious kitchen with large dining table and a comfortable lounge, a perfect place for a get together with family and friends. The sliding doors off the kitchen lead on to a decked balcony with comfortable seating and a fire pit. The large, lawned garden with stream is perfect for children and dogs to play and explore.

The beautiful Camel Trail is only a 5 minute walk away. It’s a great location to discover Cornwall; it takes about 30 mins to Rock or Polzeath (North Coast) and the same time for St Austell and Looe (South coast). The Eden Project, Newquay and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are all within 40 mins.
