Your space is in the lower half of a historic, Spanish style home in the neighborhood of Eagle Rock. Originally a speakeasy in the 1930’s, we’ve maintained its character while at the same time converting the bar area into a convenient kitchenette and adding a new modern bathroom. The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.

Little Los Angeles Hideaway

Glass doors open onto a patio with lush trees, succulents, lounge chairs and a gas-operated firepit. Our studio in-law has a midcentury modern meets tree house feel to it. This little hideaway is completely detached from the main house and has its own separate entrance. A private bathroom is adjacent to the studio. While there isn't a stove for cooking, there is a small refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, Kerug coffee maker, and microwave in the space.

Highland Park Bungalow

Come stay in the downstairs unit of a historic 1920s California Style Bungalow. 7 min away from the the heart of Highland Park surrounded by restaurants, live music and LA's oldest bowling alley. There is a SEPARATE ENTRANCE and a beautiful back patio overlooking the garden. Extremely quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac for privacy and escaping the business of the city. Located in a quiet, residential part of Highland Park, with York Blvd within walking distance and Figueroa Street a short drive away. Most guests use Uber or a car to explore beyond the neighborhood. Downtown LA, Dodger Stadium, Pasadena, Hollywood, Glendale, and Burbank are all easily accessible by car.
