B&B with Garden View in Stunning Art Nouveau House

Explore galleries in the Arts District and stroll back to a majestic century house teeming with original character. Climb stairs to the privacy of a second floor room with en suite shower room. Awaken when morning light peeks through a south-facing skylight. Breakfast is served at convenience in the Dining room. Public car parking in the street is possible but paying. Guests rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 1st Floor is private. The guests Breakfast room and salon are shared, and situated on the ground floor. In summer breakfast on the terrasse is possible. The gym room is in the basement. Ironing is possible in the laundry room, near the gym, upon request. The house was built in 1909, and is located in the upper Saint-Gilles district. This is the Art Nouveau and Art Deco area, also known for its many art studios and exhibition spaces. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are close by. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The public transports for Brussels region are called STIB (or MIVB in flemish) and include Metro, Tram and Bus. SNCB is the national train operator   Most Metro/Tram stations have only tickets vending/cards loading machines. It is only in main hub stations that tickets and cards can be purchased from the public counter.   Tram, metro and bus are integrated with transfers allowed. Each ticket or journey on a multiple journey card is valid one hour, irrespective of transfers.   Brussels residents use a personalised MOBIB card. Visitors use an anonymous MOBIB card, which can be loaded with 1,  5 or 10 journeys. It can be used by several persons, provided it is validated for each person and for each trip.   On board a tram or bus, you can only purchase single journey tickets, but this is a more expensive option. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS MIDI TRAIN STATION Taxi from Bruxelles Midi (Brussels Zuid) train station: +/- 12€. You can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively direction Winston Churchill or Stalle or Van Halen , and hop off at station Horta. Then walk uphill along the Chaussée de Waterloo and avenue Ducpétiaux is the 4th street on your right. The house is situated on the left side. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS AIRPORT (ZAVENTEM) Taxi from Brussels National airport: +/- 50€. From the airport, it is faster and often cheaper to take the train to Brussels-Midi. From Bruxelles-Midi, you can take a taxi for +/- 12€. Alternatively, you can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively. See above for details. TO GO TO BRUSSELS CENTER Via MIDI station You can either take tram 3 or 4 at HORTA direction Esplanade or Gare du Nord, and step off at BEURS/Bourse (eg to go to Grand Place). Via SABLON / ZAVEL Take tram 92 at MA CAMPAGNE direction SCHARBEEK and step off at SABLON or PALAIS; from there you can walk down to Grand Place in 10 minutes Walking You can walk to town in about 25 minutes, via Avenue Louise and Sablon. De ruime lichtrijke kamer is voorzien van airco en volledig privé voor uw gezelschap. Door een flexibele indeling kunnen er tot 8 personen slapen in dezelfde kamer. Pañ - boetiek b&b - kamer 2 'Terracotta'

In ons zot onderschatte Zele ontdekten we aan den dijk de vervallen Scheldeschuur. We bouwden ze om tot onze droomplek, een 't huis weg van huis. Logeren bij Pañ draait niet louter om het overnachten. Het gaat hem om de authentieke ervaring, vol kwaliteit, gezelligheid en beleving. Het gevoel van thuis én de luxe van op reis. Neem hier bewust tijd voor jezelf en breng tijd door met de mensen waar je om geeft. Op het einde van je verblijf neem je een berg positieve energie gewoon mee naar huis.

Verwennerij ! Het verblijf hier is ontbijt inbegrepen! Bij ons kan je tot rust komen en 1 of meerdere dagen genieten van een aangenaam verblijf in het vakantiehuisje met ontbijt in de B&B. Je beschikt over een eigen living met keuken, bad- en slaapkamer. Je deelt met niemand! Je hebt een eigen terras, Wifi, TV, verwarming/airco, haardroger, wasmachine,... en parking. In de buurt zijn verschillende restaurants.

Bed & Breakfast Mirabella

Our B&B is part of an old, charming farm, built around 1900. We have been receiving guests since 2008. For our 10th anniversary we thought it would be great to join airbnb, so here we go! There's a lot to discover in our neighbourhood: we're centraly located between Ghent and Brussels and there are some beautiful walking and cycling paths in the nature reserves nearby.
