The apartment is set in Old Town, a quiet and charming neighborhood steps away from the Central Market, the Silk Exchange, and the main highlights. Many characteristic restaurants and shops dot the area, where you can taste our Mediterranean gastronomy and culture. You can walk to all the landmarks of the city in less than 5 minutes. The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. It is very easy to get to the apartment since the Xàtiva metro stop with direct connection to the airport and the train station are 5 min. I will be happy to receive you at any time of the day. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. Recibimos a nuestros huéspedes personalmente, nos encanta dar la bienvenida y dar detalles sobre el piso como sobre la ciudad. Queremos que se sientan como en casa! La magnífica ubicación permite que estemos bien comunicados, todos los transportes pasan por la Plaza de La Reina donde nos llevan por ejemplo a La Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes o bien a la playa de Valencia. Moverse a pie o en bicicleta es una gran opción, dado que todo se encuentra cerca del piso. Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad. Hemos intentado crear un espacio con todas las comodidades posibles, para que nuestros huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Es una casa del siglo XIX recién rehabilitada, con lo cual hay que subir 3 pisos de escaleras.El apartamento da a una plaza muy tranquila en el barrio del Carmen.
