Stunning home nestled high in the mountains. Our 120ft deck is exceptional from sunrise to sunset. The 4700sqft of living space inside is an entertainer’s dream! We offer a massive eat in kitchen with 2 stoves, a cozy great room, pool table, & gym with a sauna. You’ll find premium beds in 6 bedrooms: 2 Kings, 3 Queens, and a bunk room. There are wineries/breweries within 2 miles. We are a short drive to Bristol Mountain, 15 minutes to the beautiful town of Canandaigua, and many wonderful trails.

Reservoir Retreat w/Dock + Fire pit near Syracuse

Unwind lakeside with a private dock, fire pit, and panoramic views—just 15 min from Syracuse. This lake house comes complete with amazing views of the Jamesville Reservoir. The upper deck showcases the spectacular sunsets! The lake house has 3 bedrooms (one bdrm is in the basement) along with a futon and leather sofa-bed. There are two full bathrooms. Additionally, there is a sauna for optimal relaxation ***Note: There is a doorbell camera monitoring my front door for safety of our home.
