We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Farmhouse apartment, 10mins drive to Roc D'Enfer ski area, 15mins drive to the centre of Morzine to access Les Gets and Avoriaz. A car is required to stay in Chalet Papillon due to our quiet location. The apartment is 120m square, quiet, homely & well equipped with comfy beds, shared garden and private parking . Beautiful views and local knowledge mean it is ideal for couples, families and business travellers. We have ski and bike storage as well as access to bike tools and discounted bike hire.

Chalet Le Laydevant is a great choice for a relaxing holiday for a family with children or a group of up to 6 people. This 4* chalet is bright and totally modern, has an open-plan layout on the ground floor and 3 cosy bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage space and a secure garage (ideal for mountain bike storage). And the backyard is perfect for children sledging, learning to ski or playing outdoors. The adults will love the great views and plenty of light and sunshine, even in winter.

Appart skis aux pieds proche express des Prodains

L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

Vous apprécierez le côté cosy du logement, la nature environnante et la possibilité de profiter pleinement des activités de pleine nature autour du chalet en famille ou entre amis. Vous disposerez également d'un accès privatif au bain nordique (en option pour les courts séjours de moins d’une semaine).

Cosy studio in a typical savoyard village

Our apartment is 5km from Morzine and 7km from Les Gets , the nearest ski resorts. You will enjoy this cosy apartment because of the views on the mountains. It is a perfect place for couples. You can park near the apartment. The Balad'Aulps bus, which usually passes through the village and takes passengers to Morzine or Les Gets, will not be operating this winter (2024-2025). Morzine is only 5 km from the studio.

The property is located in the basement of a family chalet in a traditional Haute Savoie village 4km from the centre of Morzine and 8km from the centre of Les Gets. The tranquil village of Essert Romand has a bus service to Morzine and the ski areas, as well as the fabulous La Petite Auberge Bar/Restaurant within walking distance.
