Le loft cosy dans notre maison familiale possède une entrée indépendante et un parking privé. Un hall, un wc séparé, un salon (wifi, Netflix, Proximus, DVD), cuisine équipée, un lit double et une sdb. Un petit jardin cosy est aménagé. « Chez Lou" est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour détente. ( ⚠️ jacuzzi mai à octobre). Nous sommes à Baelen, à proximité des Hautes Fagnes et de la baraque Michel pour de belles balades.A deux pas, Aix-la-Chapelle ou Eupen, pour des activités, magasins et restaurants

Ferienwohnung "Eifelhaus"

This lovely holiday flat (highlighted blue, about 40m²), is the ideal location, to explore parts of the Eifel National Park with Lake Rursee. Moreover, the historic Mustard Mill in Monschau, the high rope course in Hürtgenwald, the famous Aachen Cathedral and the international CHIO Equestrian Festival are within a 20 min car ride. In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

Kornelius I - a nice apartment with garden

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Un endroit parfait pour découvrir la région qui offre une multitude d'activités, comme la randonnée avec le barrage de la Gileppe, les Hautes Fagnes, les grandes villes comme Aix-la-chapelle, Liège, Maastricht, les marchés de Noël.. Idéalement situé au centre du village, proche des commerces et accessible en transports en commun ou à vélo.

Mitten in der Natur und doch zentral (unweit von Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Lüttich) Wir vermieten auf unserem Hof (Eynattener Mühle) eine 70qm Wohnung mit seperatem Eingang, bestehend aus einer großen Wohn-Essküche, einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Wohn-Schlafzimmer (Einzelbett 185 x 85 cm), einem Badezimmer. Es ist Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Baby (Babybett vorhanden). Ein Sitzplatz im Freien, direkt an der Göhle, steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

There are countless possibilities for walks and bike rides that you can start from here or nearby (f.e. nature reserve High Fens). The following cultural and culinary cities are nearby: Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Heerlen, Tongeren, Liège, Monschau, Spa. The race track Francorchamps is only 27km away.

Gemütliches Studio für Selbstversorger, 100 m vom Wald in ruhiger Wohngegend. Gut ausgeschilderte Wege (Netzwerk "Knotenpunkte") ermöglichen ab dem Haus wunderschöne Wanderungen. Das Studio liegt mitten in der Natur und doch sind die schönen Euregio-Städte per PKW in +/- 30 min erreichbar: Lüttich, Maastricht, Aachen, Monschau! Der Eupener Bahnhof lädt ein zu einer Direktfahrt nach Lüttich (Liège), Brüssel, Ostende oder Brügge ...

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Apartment in old mill

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away. Cozy 95 sqm apartment in a completely renovated old farmhouse with open fire place and stone terrace. Walking distance to the city center, 20 minutes by car to the nature reserve "High Venn" and 35 minutes by car to the race track Spa Francorchamps. Parking and bus stop are right in front of the house and the highway access is 5 minutes drive away.
