Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Située en pleine nature, c’est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer et rayonner à la découverte de la superbe région Dordogne-Périgord. Nous avons converti cet ancien logis de la ferme en maison luxueuse.

With its independent flat, it can accommodate 11 people. The house is the perfect retreat for relaxing by the pool (access from the garden), getting together with family and friends, or enjoying a day out. This family home is close to all amenities. Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et d'une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.
