Once a 19th-century horse stable, this Tuscan home was discovered by my mother : a Dutch artist and traveller, she moved here in search of beauty, nature and light. She stayed for twenty years. My brother and my daughter grew up running barefoot on these ancient terracotta floors. Podere Vergianoni è un antica e autentica casa colonica risalente al 1600 situata nelle splendide colline del Chianti in Toscana . L'appartamento è arredato in perfetto stile tradizionale locale dell'antica Toscana : antiche travi in legno, pavimenti in cotto e arredamenti unici. Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questa casa di montagna, immersa nel verde. La casa è situata all' interno del piccolo borgo di Montefegatesi a 850 metri sopra il livello del mare. Comprende un ingresso, una cucina con tutte le comodità, un salotto - sala da pranzo con vista panoramica dal terrazzo (TV e Wi-Fi). Un bagno con doccia, una camera matrimoniale con terrazzo e una camerina con due letti ( culla e fasciatoio a disposizione). Un aia esterna, con tavolo, ombrellone e barbecue.

'The Arches' is a beautiful, traditional Garfagnana home. The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Recently restored, the house has many original features, including wooden beams, terracotta tiles and its two distinctive arches. Quality features complement this history in the form of two modern bathrooms, central heating and a contemporary kitchen.

There are 6 bedrooms in total , sleeping capacity is 11 people. One bedroom is on the ground floor complete with It's own shower room. A 5.5M pool is going to be installed by early May 2025 , which will be totally enclosed with railings and gate which will have a safety system for children
