Goudy Pond offers a place to get away from it all while social distancing. Located in CNY, its tranquil natural beauty provides a place to relax and recharge. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs, surrounded by wilderness and wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. We have changed our reservation policy and blocked off 24hours before and after each reservation and are cleaning diligently during this time.

Directly behind the cabin is a 6+ mile, well maintained trail that leads to neighboring towns!Perfect for walks or biking! Cabin is clean, comfortable and well equipped for a great stay!

Grandma's Cottage, Fair Haven NY

This cozy waterfront cottage is furnished with all the basic necessities including towels, bedding and kitchen utensils. The yard has a nice mix of sun & shade overlooking the water. Picnic table, outdoor chairs, fire pit & gas grill are provided. A large floating dock adds another dimension to the space. It is located on a one lane, private road, that extends to the Blind Sodus Bay peninsula. You will be surrounded by water and wildlife. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing. Pet fee $50ea.

Fair Haven is a wonderful village on Little Sodus Bay/ Lake Ontario in New York State. Peek-a-View Cottage is a wonderful gem with its screened porch as the go to spot to kick back and relax. At the end of a fun filled day sit around the fire pit and roast marshmellows. The cottage is conveniently located near excellent local restaurants, a cidery, and an amazing winery that all showcase local and national musicians. Water activities abound. Many wonderful hiking opportunities are nearby.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
