Tucked into the woods, a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. Come enjoy the friendly neighborhood in our cozy lake front home. Bring your fishing boats, kayaks, canoes and fishing poles! Spend the day on the lake or on our large lake view patio, then unwind at night at our fire pit or in the hot tub! Nearby, you can find a drive-in movie theater, mini golf and ice cream- fun for everyone! In the winter months, bring your snowmobiles to enjoy direct access to hundreds of miles of marked and groomed snowmobile trails including nearby Letchworth State Park.

The Guest Suite at Walnut Grove Farmhouse

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.
