The only apartment in our house with full privacy. It's a newly renovated and fully equipped two bedroom apartment with a modern open-space design with a unique high wooden ceiling. The parking is free and located in front of your apartment. The apartment has 80 m2 which will ensure a very comfortable stay. It's located in a typical quiet Istrian village only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from the famous Aquapark Istralandia. The Quattro Terre MTB trail goes through the village.

During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

This splendid holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests, including two children. On the ground floor, is a bright living room with a sofa bed where up to 2 children can sleep, with access to the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area invites culinary adventures and sociable gatherings. A double bedroom with its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace and pool promises peaceful nights. A practical laundry room and a separate toilet are also on the ground floor.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

House Antonac is offering you a place to relax, to spend some time in nature, by the pool or the sea. A place where you can get away of your routine. The house is perfect for family vacations since its structure of four appartments allows also bigger groups of more families to have full comfort, along with that the house has a garden where you can barbecue with your family or friends, a garden where your children can play and a pool where you can enjoy the summer.
