Nalya Kangaroo Valley - Stunning house & views

Escape your everyday and immerse yourself in the rural centre of Kangaroo Valley but know you are only 2.5 km from the village and all that it has to offer - cafes, fresh bread & coffee, general store, antiques & old wares, canoe hire and the Pub - that’s if you can drag yourself away from the open fires, expansive rural vistas & the stunning escarpment, and the ever changing light & sky. Large & stylish the property is perfect for friends and family gatherings. However it it cozy enough for a couple or family getway. The house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. All bedrooms have views. Bedroom Set Up (8 persons): Master Suite - King bed with ensuite and bath (open to bedroom) - large window to eastern valley Bedroom 2 - King bed or two single beds with ensuite - large window to escaparpments Bedroom 3 - King bed or two single beds - window looking out to eastern Valley Bedroom 4 - Two single beds - window to western paddocks There are two single fold out beds that can be used for two children. (These are the 9th & 10th persons and linen is provided). We leave these for the guests to place where best suits. Main house bathroom has a bath. The two separate living areas are large enough for everyone to be together but also enable separate entertainment environments. The main living area includes a dining table that comfortably seats 10, a stunning fireplace, extensive floor to ceiling windows, large lounges, TV and incredible views. This room is a pleasure no matter what the weather. The second living area has books, many board games, TV and Lego. The kitchen features a large gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, large fridge, bar fridge, Nespresso pod machine, rice cooker, sandwich press, Chasseur French Oven and extensive cookware. It's a fabulous kitchen for those that love to cook and the views are breathtaking. The central island bench in the kitchen is where everyone loves to gather and there are up to 10 stools. Internet access is generally excellent. It's a fabulous place to work from! The outdoor deck area has breathtaking views and includes a BBQ, smoker, fire pit and outdoor dining table. The large lawns are suitable for games and the house has croquet, quoits, jenga and bocce sets. There is a large trampoline (netted). Great river swimming is located 1km from the property (there are many great river swimming locations in the valley) and swimming towels are provided. The footpath from Kangaroo Valley village finishes at the property driveway enabling a flat walk or cycle to town (2.5kms to village centre). The house is surrounded by farms offering uninterrupted views. Note: Peak periods can have minimum night stays. Brimming with beautiful artworks and an abundance of books - it's a home you will never want to leave! The sweet country cottage is set at the bottom of a tree-lined drive and below an old barn once used as a sculpture studio and now as a tree nursery. Only 1.5 hours from Sydney, it will transport you to another world so you can relax & recharge on your next getaway.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

The Stables at Long Paddock

The Stables is a self contained guesthouse situated on our family property in beautiful Burradoo. Suited to either a family of up to four or two couples, the guesthouse is fully equipped for a weekend away in the countryside. Located midway between Bowral and Moss Vale, the Stables is set on 10 picturesque acres and surrounded by unspoilt farmland, with views to Oxley Hill and surrounds - yet Bowral’s boutiques, homewares stores, restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes away.

The Lair, Kangaroo Valley is situated on 14 acres of pristine bushland. Nestled high it enjoys 180 degrees views into the Valley below. Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. Guests have full access to the property including synthetic grass tennis court, gazebo, (racquets and tennis balls provided), basketball hoop, kids trampoline, bbq and manicured formal gardens. A small creek runs through the property.
