Beautiful hardwood floors, large windows that bring in the sun and ocean breezes. Watch the sunset while having dinner at the kitchen table. 5 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to The Riviera Village with restaurants, shopping . Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
