Ideal for someone traveling around Tuscany with his/her own car, this house is provided with restored kitchen and bedroomsfurnished with traditional pieces; surrounded by our family wineyard and olive tree orchard, we want to deliver our idea of hosting and hospitality through attention to details, by making you feel at home.

By providing wifi only in the communal courtyard we suggest to take a break from been connected with elsewhere and enjoy the 'here and now' . But if you need to work you can rent a portable private connection from us.

Your separate apartment in our secluded 12th century farmhouse has its own entrance and is on two levels; kitchen and sitting area is on the first floor, beds and bath are upstairs. The apartment is made up of entrance, living room with TV and sofa which converts to double bed, bed room with double bed on mezzanine level, bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with hob and utensils. There is air conditioning (from June - September) and wifi. Private parking in front of the Villa.

Il giardino è in parte esclusivo ed in parte in comune con la mia famiglia che vive nella’ altra parte della casa . La piscina è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Il proprietario Gregorio , amante dello sport, offre gratis tour in bicicletta nella campagna toscana!!! Circondata da vigneti e bosco offre una situazione di estrema pace . Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
