Built in the 1800’s, flat packed and then shipped over from England, this Cute little half house with verandah out the front and eclectic features is your little home away from home :) it is welcoming and close to EVERYTHING! MCG, Rod Laver arena, Olympic Park stadium, AAMI park. 15 min walk to the CBD and great public transport to everywhere else! As an artist I have adorned the house with as much fun as I can! The Garden View Villa is a light filled ground floor studio (38sqm) with self check in. Equiped with it's own kitchenette and patio, the villa is a perfect get away or place to stay while you explore the Mornington Peninsula. Please note, check in is anytime after 3pm and check out is 10am, earlier check-in/late check out is available for a fee. Make-up and self tanning stains are subject to cleaning and/or replacement fees.
