Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. It’s the perfect place to explore the river and it’s secluded beaches. Maximum Occupancy – 2 adults

Garden guesthouse

Fully self contained one bedroom cottage close to transport, Parramatta CBD, restaurants, sporting venues, pubs and clubs via the new light rail. Only 6km from Homebush Olympic Precinct. A pretty garden setting with access to pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room for extra accommodation and a portable cot on request. A fully provisioned laundry and kitchen with coffee maker and all glassware, plates, bowls, pots and pans. Towels and linen provided.
