In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. Other months, check-in day or min stay is flexible and we suggest to send an inquiry to confirm you availability.

Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und ein Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geschaffen. Ein neues Haus im typischen Stil der Region Istrien mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.

Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

Close to the sea, beaches, water sports, and more, Apartments Noa brings it all within reach. Aquapark Aquacolors Porec and Dinopark Funtana are also close by. Villa Costa for 4 persons consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and another bathroom. NOTE: There are also 2 separate holiday apartments in the building, which have separate, completely independent entrances. The 2 holiday apartments do not use the pool and garden of Villa Costa and are rented separately.

New build apartment "Flego" with private swimming pool, big outside space and private parking for 2 cars is situated in Funtana close to the beach. The apartment is located between the beautiful city’s of Porec (10 min drive) and Vrsar (5 min drive). There are a lot of restaurants nearby and great activities for kids as Dinopark (300 m) and Aquacolours (4.3 km). Walking distance from the beach.

Dolce Vita Apartment 3 is a cozy space for up to 4 guests, located near Poreč in Mugeba.
