The Boho/Southwest home is completely remodeled offering all the amenities you may want or need for a comfortable stay - with a central location near the airport, convention center, sports arenas, Tempe Town Lakes, ASU hiking and lots of restaurants and bars. There are two bedrooms with beds and two bathrooms in the house, and works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. This house is situated in a landscaped oasis with plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Inside There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that you can use. There is one bedroom and a few closets that we use to store our stuff and those will not be available for your use, but all other spaces are yours. The living room has a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon TV and Hulu with fast wifi. Outside The patio allows for dining under the lights, and lounging in the hammock. Fast WiFi reaches throughout the entire place, including the outdoor patio and porch areas. Please let us know if you would like to use the gas grill. On hot Arizona days, we recommend taking a dip in the stock tank pool (closed during fall/winter). The backyard is a shared space. We also Airbnb the back guest house and you could be sharing the backyard with other guests. Other Amenities -Washer/Dryer: private Washer and Dryer are available and you can access it with an electronic code. - Additional blankets, sheets, and pillows available upon request. No Parties Aloud! For check-in, we'll give you a code to the lockbox to get the keys and you can arrive anytime after 3pm and check yourself in. Please put the keys back before checking-out at 11am. While we will not be at the house during your stay, feel free to contact us with any questions! We live right down the street and if you need anything you can call or text us. We also have a lot of local recommendations to share. The neighborhood is very centrally located, within walking distance of many sought-after restaurants and bars. Stroll in one of the local parks, and by Tempe Town Lake, just a mile away, before hunting out some bargains at Tempe Market Place. Getting around is extremely simple. Walk, bike, light rail, or uber. Being in the heart of it all makes transportation a breeze. The back guest house is also on Airbnb. You may be sharing the backyard with another guest. Trevor and Susan are very hospitable and will often invite you to participate in backyard gatherings - wood fired pizza in the outdoor ramada. Centrally located - easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants, world class shopping -Kierland, Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to all Scottsdale/Phoenix events: BARRET JACKSON and GOOD GUYS car shows, SPRING TRAINING! PHOENIX OPEN! ARABIAN HORSE SHOW! Casinos/shows/movie theaters/short drive to Fountain Hills/Mayo Clinic/Mayo Hospital. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber is excellent! Five bicycles available for use - great bike path routes throughout Scottsdale. Many hiking trails to choose from - all close by. Bicycle paths - 5 bikes to use. Private access...gated side yard. Trevor is happy to share his extensive knowledge of Arizona. It is a quiet acreage neighborhood with desert wildlife, including quail and roadrunners, and is excellent for star gazing and bird watching. There is easy access to all Scottsdale sporting events, restaurants, shopping, casinos, and desert hiking. We use Uber and Lyft for valley travel convenience. Five bicycles on property for guest use. Scottsdale has excellent bike trails.

If I am not in the city I have a co host available 24/7 The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with access to walking trails close by. Uber is the best transportation if needed. You can walk to target, world market, restaurants etc. We have gated pool. It is required children no child enters the pool area without supervision. If you are traveling with small children please inform us, we will allow you to stay but please keep this in mind and watch them accordingly.
