This cabin is full of comforts, convenience, and love. Just miles from Horseneck Beach. It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. Loft Guest Suite in Modern Barn House

A beautiful guest suite on Martha’s Vineyard with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of the back wing of our newly renovated modern barn house. Surrounded by trees, beside a large meadow, this large 400 square foot suite has vaulted wood ceilings and skylights. Enjoy the outdoor shower and new outdoor sitting area. The location is centrally located, just off historic Music St, a short walk to a small town center which provides amenities. Ask about our other guest suite if you are with others.

Sunny Studio Apartment on Martha's Vineyard

Our Sunny Studio is centrally located on Martha's Vineyard. A down-island location with an up-island feel. Open and airy studio with kitchenette and bath. The apartment has all the essentials. The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Cottage in Fairhaven, perfect for a vacation for a small family, a romantic getaway or a home away from home if you are in the area for business. Enjoy all a vacation has to offer. During warmer weather, walk to the public beach and boat ramp - swim, sun, boat. Spend evenings by the outdoor fireplace. When it is cold out side, enjoy parks, museums, arts and cultural events, with evenings spent enjoying hot chocolate in front of the gas stove as the fire blazes providing a cozy warmth.

Historic Cobblestone Carriage House near Downtown

Enjoy a piece of history at this carriage house! Jonathan Bourne owned a mansion along with this home, and his son purchased a whaler, Lagoda, in 1841. The ship is currently displayed at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, which is walking distance; just four/five blocks of downtown New Bedford, where you can also enjoy shopping, great food, entertainment, and the ferry to either Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket.
