It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Villa Martina Bellevue

Villa is designed and build to fulfill needs of bigger groups or a big families who need more space for their love ones. Ville has two partitions where both partitions accommodate modern bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Villa has total of four bathrooms and one separate toilet. Outdoor has a lot of assets, some of them are children playground and a dog box. Main assets are barbecue, outdoor dinning area and a big swimming pool with sunbathing area. Seaview is stunning from the roof sundeck!
