Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

The Old Workshop - Grassington

This accessible two bedroom accommodation is in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. There are two ensuite bedrooms, one with full accessibility. The whole place is on one level. Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. The bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one is accessible This new build has underfloor heating and is warm & cosy. There's a large patio and a garden to enjoy during your stay. The entire place is yours and is self-catering

This charming well-equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in beautiful Haworth could be your home away from home. Centrally located, yet peacefully quiet, just 2 mins walk from the top of the cobbled Main Street with its quirky independent shops, galleries, cafes and pubs. Walk 4 mins to the Bronte Parsonage Museum and 10 mins to ride the steam trains from Haworth station. A few mins walk in the opposite direction takes you to the majestic moors immortalised by Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

It is quietly tucked away just outside the delightful village of Ingleton so just a short walk away from all the local attractions that Ingleton has to offer such as Ingleton caves and the famous waterfall trail. It is also ideally located for a whole host of walking trails amongst the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

‘The Nook’ & Hot Tub - Hebden Bridge

A cute little attached cottage in the heart of hebden bridge. The space consists of the original servants entrance and kitchen, cold store and garden for the main house, Thorn bank house. The space which we’ve named ‘The Nook’ has a newly renovated living space, which is warm, contemporary and light with everything you need for a cosy stay. You have exclusive access to the garden, which means relaxing in the hot tub after a long day sight seeing, shopping or hitting the pubs.

Perched on the hillside with lovely views, it has two double bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and bathroom and a garden with a stream running through it. Quiet, peaceful surroundings and an ideal base for access to the yorkshire countryside. Free parking for one car directly outside. Lovely walks directly to the top of the moor, or to the tarn (great for bird watching).

The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.
