Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

The Coach House at Hawkstone Lodge

The Coach House sits in the grounds of Hawkstone Lodge which dates back to the 1850s. The accommodation provides a bright and airy living area on the upper floor with scenic views to the south across the Firth of Clyde to the Cumbrae Isles. Seals and occasionally otters can be seen along the shore. The ground floor comprises an entrance hallway leading to the bedroom and bathroom with stairs up to the living area. The bedroom looks onto the spacious garden area to the rear of Hawkstone Lodge.

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

A good variety of shops , cafes and bars are within a short walking distance. Spacious 3-bed apartment on the top floor of former tenement building with gorgeous views over the Carrick Castle and Loch Goil. Perfect for a romantic getaway or an outdoorsy holiday with friends! The area is a paradise for anyone who loves peace, wildlife or the outdoors. Tucked away in a relatively undiscovered corner of Argyll, the location is remote yet easily accessible from Glasgow. I spend much of the year here myself but love to rent it to others to enjoy whilst I'm away.
